Method 1

Training the ENTIRE vocal-system

What does singing training involve?

Training encompasses many aspects, but I have summarised in simple terms,

the use of 4 elements below to amateur and professional standard:

1 The Bellows          Anatomy - understanding your singing body

Breath - exercising & training lungs and diaphragmatic support

                                     Muscle growth via healthy repetition

2 Sound Creation  Vibration - healthy use of the Larynx, throat

Resonation - using Pharynx, Trachea, chest, cranium

3 Sound Delivery   Use of jaw, throat, tongue, lips & cheeks

Mouth - the final output of sound

4 Artistry                 Repertoire - suggesting what to sing

Interpretation - working the music, lyrics and poetry

Languages - English, German, French, Italian -sung and spoken

What you train, you gain: singing is a repetitive, muscular activity
